Travellers of Ultima Online tell of a man in yellow who laughs in the face of danger and pokes angry murderers with his large banana stick of power.
For the uninitiated, banana man is a powerful superhero that travels the world of Ultima Online fighting evil and saving small chickens from drowning.
You can recognise banana man by his yellow deathrobe and his battle cry "By the power of over ripe bananas!"
BM's deathrobe is magic. Since his first sighting a short time ago, he has faced numerous impossible odds but still remains alive. This web page will attempt to trace the phenomenon that is banana man and put some hard evidence against the myth. Does he exist? What proof do we have?

Photographic evidence:
The photo on the left is the only real evidence we have that banana man exists. Even so, we can barely make out a bright yellow deathrobe and green cape since the tree is obscuring the view. Is this a hoax?
Lets examine the evidence further. The figure fighting what looks to be a troll is certainly teaching it a severe lesson, and is shouting mad gobledigook. However, we cannot rely on this photo as proof in itself, which is why we need your help!
We need you to try and capture a picture of banana man at work, rest or play, and send it to me through the e-mail link on the main page. We hope that with your help we will be able to prove once and for all whether this banana phenominom really exists.
We are also keen to get hold of first hand testimony from anyone who has seen the yellow avenger in action. Did he save yor life? Did he make you laugh? Is he a hero or a menace?

This is an artists impression of the hidious face of banana man. Mr R Sole of the LXL guild provided us with the description. Apparently Banana Man attacked him without provocation and smashed his head in.
R Sole claimed that BM had wild staring eyes and wore socks on his head.
